The Springdale Real Estate market is a developing market which could also include Tontitown, Bethel Heights and Sonora. With the other Northwest Arkansas Real Estate markets recently spiking in price, Springdale has remained a really good value. Once the new 412 Bypass project is solidified, a lot of investments will begin to be made in Springdale for its proximity to the project. Many businesses waiting to invest in Springdale are awaiting final project details and route of the proposed highway. Now might be a great time to invest in the Springdale market!

Springdale is my home! I have called Springdale my home for over 20 years, so I won't have any problem helping with Springdale, AR Real Estate.

Springdale is known as the home of Tyson Foods and their corporate office. Since Tyson Foods has long been the world's leading producer of poultry products, Springdale has been dubbed the "Chicken Capital of the World." We certainly are proud of what Tyson means to Springdale, but we are also very proud of our schools. From our fantastic academic facilities and teachers to our 2005 State Championship Bulldog football team, its great to be a Bulldog or a Har-ber Wildcat!

There is no shortage of parks in Springdale. Murphy park has been in existance since I can remember. It is located in the center of town, and a new water park was built (Springdale Aquatic Center) only a few years ago. Murphy Park also has a pond for fishing. Its a great place to find a good book and enjoy the fresh air since the Springdale Library is right next door. There is plenty of playground equipment for the kids or ducks if you have something to feed them.

Tyson Park is on the west side of Springdale. It is where most of the baseball, softball and soccer is played in Springdale. It also boasts areas for picnics, volleyball and basketball.

Getting around Springdale is pretty easy. US-412 is 4 lanes plus a median to take you east and west. It runs the full length of Springdale. US-71 is the north and south business route. It, too, is 4 lanes, but I-540 will take you to the next city quickly.

Springdale is adjacent to Tontitown, AR which is known for its fabulous Italian cousine. It probabaly isn't what you are used to, but you will be amazed at how well fried chicken and spaghetti go together!

Springdale is nicely located at the intersection of two of Arkansas' busiest thoroughfares: I-540 and US-412. These two highways make all of Northwest Arkansas, Eastern Oklahoma and Southern Missouri very accessible. Not to mention, Springdale is located directly in the center of Northwest Arkansas. We are 5 minutes south of Rogers and Bentonville, and we are 5 minutes north of Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas.

Bryant Place is located in South Springdale, and is a very well established subdivision.
Chester Heights
Clear Creek / The Blessings (Johnson) is one of the newest upscake neighborhoods in Northwest Arkansas
Crestridge
Dels Woods is North Springdale real estate and is close to the popular Hunt Elementary School
Eagle Crest is near Del's Woods, so it, too, is close to Hunt Elementary
Grandview
The Estates at Brush Creek is located just North of Har-Ber Meadows, and is adjacent to Brush Creek Golf course. This is an upscale neighborhood with 3000+ SqFt homes.
Har-Ber Meadows is one of Springdale's most popular neighborhoods. Its has a very popular elementary school embedded within, and it also has a strong POA with pool.
Mills Quarter
Monticello is in North Springdale- not far from Del's Woods, Thornbury and Hunt Elementary.
Mountain View
The Plantation features large lots for upscale living in Elm Springs. Sage Field
Spring Creek
Steeplechase
The Pines is conveniently located of I-540 in North Springdale. This Real Estate has a strong POA and a great neighborhood pool.
Thornbury is an upscale neighborhood in North Springdale off of Wagon Wheel Road. This is a growing area and in a great real estate area for investment.
Timber Ridge
Tuscany (Tontitown) is actually located right behind Springdale's Har-Ber Highschool. Very, very attractive location and some beautiful homes!

Westfield
Windsor is located off of Wagion Wheel Road in North Springdale, AR. There are two Windsor subdivisions. I live in Windsor!
Woodcliff is one of the older upscale neighborhoods in Springdale.
